The distinguished panel featured Ms. Cynthia Bavo, Head of Program Quality and Learning at Foundations for Civil Society Tanzania; Sandra Oswald of Vodacom Tanzania; an Advisor from the President's Office; Agatha Ugadi, Director of Partnerships for Africa at Legado; David Msongori, President of the Association; Sophia Wabasha, Community Expert at Swahilipot Hub; and Prof. George K. Kosimbei, Director of the Regional Leadership Center for East Africa.

Drawing on expertise from government, civil society, academia, the private sector, and grassroots organizations, the panelists emphasized that today's complex social and economic challenges demand stronger collaboration than ever before. They noted that sustainable development depends on partnerships built on trust, accountability, shared purpose, and continuous learning.

The discussion also highlighted the importance of strengthening organizational governance, investing in institutional learning, and empowering local communities to become active partners in shaping development outcomes. Speakers encouraged NGOs to remain adaptable and responsive as they work to create lasting impact across Africa.

For delegates, the session provided valuable insights into the importance of visionary leadership and collective action. Participants left inspired to build stronger partnerships, reinforce their organizational foundations, and embrace innovation as they work toward sustainable development.

The conversations on Day Three reaffirmed that when organizations unite around a shared purpose and empower communities to lead alongside them, they create the foundation for transformative change. As the summit continues, the momentum generated serves as a reminder that stronger partnerships today will help shape a more resilient, inclusive, and prosperous future for communities across Africa.
