That conviction was at the heart of the recently concluded X-Ray Summit in Suleja, Niger State, Nigeria.
Convened by Papasam Obadan Company under the leadership of Papasam Obadan, the summit challenged participants to look beyond external success and examine the internal qualities needed to thrive in an increasingly competitive world. International organisational development consultant Dr. Catalina Matias offered global insights into organisational culture and leadership transformation, while Maryam Abubakar Bagudo, Chief Executive Officer of MABS Pops and Cones, shared practical lessons on entrepreneurship, resilience and building a successful Nigerian brand.
More than an inspirational gathering, the X-Ray Summit underscored a simple but powerful truth: sustainable development begins with transformed minds. While financial support and skills training remain important, mindset ultimately determines whether opportunities are recognized, sustained and multiplied.
